Pick some friends and a stretch of dates. Timingl compares everyone’s calendars, finds the soonest window you’re all free, and proposes it. When the last person accepts, it’s confirmed and lands on everyone’s calendar.

No. It asks your provider for free/busy: the start and end times of your commitments, with no titles, guests, locations or notes attached. That is the only thing your friends’ calendars are ever asked for.

One exception. On your own compare page, your own event names label your own blocks so you can tell them apart. Read for you, shown only to you, never fetched for anyone else. Details in the privacy policy.

Only confirmed hangouts, and only to a separate calendar named Timingl that it creates in your account. It cannot add to, edit or read your everyday calendars. On Google that limit is enforced by the permission itself, not by our good intentions.

Google and Microsoft/Outlook. Signing in with either is what gives you a calendar; there is no separate connection step.

Sign in with Apple works for signing in but grants no calendar access at all, so an Apple-only account can’t be compared against until you add Google or Microsoft under Settings → Ways to sign in. iCloud is waiting on our iOS app.

It intersects everyone’s free time, trims that to the hours you said you’d meet between, and takes the soonest slot long enough for the minimum length you set. It also leaves half an hour around every existing commitment, so nothing starts the second a meeting ends.

Declining doesn’t end the plan. Timingl looks for the next-best time everyone is free in the following 14 days, skips every slot already turned down, and asks everyone again.

Yes. Create an invite link from a hangout or from your friends list. It works once, expires after 7 days or when the hangout starts, and whoever follows it joins without holding up anyone else’s confirmation.

Timingl notifies people in the app, by email, and by push notification if they’ve turned it on, about their own hangouts only. It never contacts people who aren’t on Timingl, never imports your contacts, and doesn’t ask for your phone number.

Yes. Planning, comparing calendars, invite links and reoffers are free and stay that way. Timingl+ is optional: longer planning windows, cover themes, custom colors, your full hangout history, and a + on your avatar.

Settings → Delete account. Your account, hangouts, friendships and saved places go with it. There is nothing to delete on the availability side, because none of it was ever kept.
