Accessibility
Timingl should work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or rely on other assistive technology. This page says where things stand honestly, rather than claiming a level of conformance nobody has verified.
What we aim for
Timingl is built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a target rather than a certified claim. In practice that means semantic HTML and proper heading structure, labelled interactive controls (buttons and menus carry a screen-reader label even where the visible icon or glyph doesn’t name itself), visible keyboard focus, and destructive actions that require a confirmation step rather than a single accidental tap.
Where we fall short
Timingl is built and maintained by one person. No formal, professional accessibility audit has been done, and some screens — particularly newer or more visual ones, like the map on the Favorites page — are less thoroughly tested with a screen reader than the core flows. We treat every report as real work to do, not a formality.
